Refund policy

Due to the customization of our clothing, we regret that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement; once production commences, cancellations are not possible. Please reach out via email or WhatsApp if you have any questions or concerns.

In exceptional cases where a return request for a customized garment is reviewed and approved by our team, a return and processing charge of 2000/- will apply. This charge must be borne by the customer and will be deducted from any applicable refund or collected before the return is processed.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be dispatched within 7 days of return approval. Returns sent after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless expressly approved by us in writing.
