Refund policy
Due to the customization of our clothing, we regret that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement; once production commences, cancellations are not possible. Please reach out via email or WhatsApp if you have any questions or concerns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be dispatched within 7 days of return approval. Returns sent after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless expressly approved by us in writing.
